While these are useless to me, they would have value to someone headed to those nations. I would give them away, if I knew someone who could use them. I wonder if there is a way to set up a person-to-person money exchange / giveaway on the RATs website? It might simply be a list of "who's got what," with prices (if any) to be arranged privately between members.
